Wild Up's Summer Residency

Called “a raucous, grungy, irresistibly exuberant … fun-loving, exceptionally virtuosic family” by the New York Times, Wild Up has been lauded as one of classical music’s most exciting groups by virtually every significant institution and critic within earshot. Produced in conversation with founder Christopher Rountree, it was an honor to work with this absurdly brilliant GRAMMY nominated ensemble, and if you sat with us through their three-month residency in Bronson Canyon, The Audubon Center, and the Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden then you know precisely the kind of expectation-defying approach to performance that makes this collective of artists such a joy to collaborate with. For the duration of their summer residency, we challenged Wild Up to deconstruct, with the intention to showcase the multitude of voices that make this collective such a nourishing home for artistic expression. ~~ Floating is a membership-supported outdoor arts series. If you're interested in seeing more gatherings like these, and beyond, we'd love for you to consider supporting our work with a seasonal membership.
