San Cha's Spring Residency

San Cha is a most beloved Highland Park-based singer-songwriter known for her visceral and spiritually divine live performances. Her music is imbued with vibrant hues of queer identity, power and love while her striking stage presence is accompanied by the grandiose garments that she adorns, inspired by years of performing in the Bay Area drag scene.

This no-less-than-awe-inspiring Spring Residency was an honor and a joy for us through and through. We laughed, cried, danced, and sang our way throughout the city, from acoustic boleros to electric canciones. Each month San Cha showed up brimming with heart, and with her friends Lu Coy, Matías Anaya, and Tyler Holmes, nosotras estamos eternamente agradecidas. ~~ Floating is a membership-supported outdoor arts series.
